Initially, the mattress seemed to be well made and comfortable. My daughter got to use it for about 2 weeks before going into hospital for an expected stay of only 5 days. She ended up remaining in hospital for almost 5 months. Hence, the mattress was not used for 5 months. When my 2-year-old was finally able to sleep on this mattress again, it took not even two months before the mattress had sunken down in the middle and REMAINED that way.

My daughter is actually underweight for her age, so it's not her weight that caused the problem...There is just no maintained support in this mattress. I am now flipping it or reversing the position in the crib every few days, but my daughter is still uncomfortable in bed. She wakes up several times during the night b/c, if she sleeps in the middle of the mattress, ie the sunken area, she has to lie at an "upwards" angle when lying on her (either) side. She calls to me to help move her each and every time she turns to her side so that she can lie on a somewhat even plane, smack dab in the middle of the bed. Imagine doing this several times a night, every night!

Repeated attempts to contact seller over 6 weeks have rewarded me with only 2-3 automated responses telling me how DBROTH has made customer satisfaction their #1 goal. NOT. However, one time,a woman did reply, asking for the order # "in order to assist". I immediately sent the order number, and guess what, over a month later, no response from them. Unfortunately, I had already given them 5/5 stars back in January when I first got this mattress, and now I can't edit or delete that review. Amazon can't help either b/c it's a 3rd party seller...I'm on my own to contact Moonlight Slumber directly. I will update if and when I get this matter resolved.

***UPDATE 13 November, 2012***

After contacting customer service at Moonlight Slumber via email, I received an immediate response, from an ACTUAL person. She mentioned that she would discuss my situation with the Sales Manager then get back to me. The manager himself contacted me, asked for some info and some photos of the mattress, both in the crib and on the floor. After I'd sent the requested info back, the manager told me that he'd send me a new mattress. Twelve emails between the three of us and it took only THREE DAYS!!! About a week later, I received the new mattress. Thanks again to Christy and Art over at Moonlight Slumber!!!
