Always disappointed in Amazon's lack of description of the products on the site. Yet again I didn't get what I thought I was getting. Looked for white barstools for weeks online until deciding on these. Other sites had more description regarding these same stools that helped me make the decision. The deciding factor for me was that these were described to have an aluminum footrest, and thought that would be ideal so I wouldn't have to touch up scuffs on them. To my disappointment the footrests were not aluminum. Also disappointed in the color. The stools are not white, they are more of a almond or cream color, which is not the look I was going for in my black and white kitchen.

They were quite easy to put together and are very sturdy after assembly. Seat height is 29 or 30", yet another disappointment for me due to lack of description on Amazon's website. I wanted counter height stools, although the legs being wood were very easy to cut off to the height I needed.
