I have a home daycare & our local indoor playground has a much loved Lego table with storage underneath. My kids flock to it, so after 9 years, I figure "Why not?"
I didn't want to spend an arm & a leg, but wanted a decent wooden table. It's woodboard, not actual wood, which kindof bums me out. It is coated with a plastic type sealant to last longer. Not crazy about the white with kids. This table is made by KidCraft. Same as the brown smaller similar shaped wood table also on Amazon. People have complained the Lego dots aren't exactly correct and while it is true that longer Duplos don't fit on there very easily, they can be pressed hard by an adult to fit. But these are the long duplos with more than 10 dots long. Smaller shaped blocks of 4-8 dots fit fine.
I like the trundle. It rolls easily & doubles the size of the table. It looks nice & holds a ton! I'm certain at some point, kids too! For the price I paid($125 plus $18 shipping) it is about what I expected.
Would I recommend it? For the price vs quality, yes. If you have a family member that is a woodworker, you could make the same table out of real wood for about the same price.
