This fan is the best fan Lasko sells. I have there 4900 high velocity fan and it out performs it. It is not a fashion statement but very effective. It moves a very high volume of air, and the air is cooler than pedestal fans. The head pivots so you can go from drying floor to cooling air at at any degree to straight up. Great for exhausting air out of room through open door or window. It is also quiet even on highest speed. If you have a SAMs Club card you can get it for 64.88. I would recommend it to any one over any other style from Lasko or other manufacture. It also has two 3 prong out let's so you can piggy back or use for tools or small appliances.
