Table is real wood, finish is lacking but I can work on the finish. OK for the money, assembly pretty straight forward. If they keep this table with this quality, it is a good price. If they go down on the quality, even a little bit, it would not be worth it. Overall, I am pleased.

UPDATE: (August 13, 2013) I was concerned about the finish and my fears were right on. This finish scratches very easily and leaves light spots/scratches everywhere. We are not hard on furniture, so if it is scratching with us, families with children probably don't need to buy this table. They really need to put more than one or two coats of stain. It is overpriced since I'm going to spend dollars and time refinishing!! Sad because it is a cute little table!
