I wondered whether the other reviews about the complicated construction were exaggerating; sometimes people on reviews have a funny idea of what they're expected to put in when ordering flatpack furniture. This desk really does take a long time to put together though; Many steps involved 30+ screws or attachments. It took all evening for me to put this together.

That being said it looks lovely, it's a great size and the perfect height for me. My only disappointment was that I thought this was made of Wood but many pieces are engineered wood.

For the price, this is a really nice piece but be aware of what you're getting.
