Overall this is a good product and it does what it says it will: Saves Time.

My only fault it that the display is hard to read off to the side and it would be much better if it was not on a slanted horizontal surface, but had a display on a vertical surface as well. The problem is you put a big box on the pad, it obscures the display. You can't really see it very well from an off angle.... Yes, it's slanted down, but not enough. So we have to use boxes that have a small footprint (and tall) to do the counting and then transfer them to a normal box. So a dispaly on one of the vertical walls would be very helpful

Other than that, a good product.

UPDATE: It's been over a year and the scale still works, however, it will never really zero anymore. You hit zero or tare and it does not go to zero. It's alwys showing a very small fraction of weight even when it's totally empty and it does not ever stop changing. It's a tiny amount, like less than 1/10th of an oz, but it's always making the count suspect. So we always add 1 or 2 items just to make sure. But for weighing packages for ups or postal it's fine.
