The carpet arrived in very good shape, it is not thick, but it is well sewn and seems to be of good quality. I saw in other reviews that the colors are not the same as shown on the picture and so I was not surprised when I saw that it is not as predominantly light beige as it looks on the picture. It is actually beige blending with light brown, while the ornaments are in dark burgundy and black. Overall, the base color is much, much darker than what you may expect by looking at the photo. I am satisfied with the product overall, but be careful if buying it to match curtains - you'd better get the carpet first and then look for matching colors.
