I don't normally buy furniture via the Internet (I like to see it in person/try it out first), but it is impossible to find dining room chairs with casters at my local furniture stores, so I was driven to Amazon because of the trust I have developed over the years. I am very pleased with the result. There was a brief delay (about 5 calendar days) before the chairs were shipped, and it took 7 days travel time from California to Indiana - the box was quite heavy, and the shipping charge was $95. The 2 chairs arrived in one package in excellent condition; they were packed with lots of bubble wrap and the box was reinforced with extra cardboard to protect the chairs during shipment. They were very easy to assemble (1 hour for both chairs, and I took my time), and they look very nice in my dining room. They are quite comfortable and sturdy, and I like the fact that they tilt back and rotate. The price was quite good (even when compared to the local prices of chairs without casters, which one local store would not even sell without including the dining room table). I expect to get many years of use out of them.
