I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy this plant stand is, and how easy it was to set up. The frame simply folds out, having welded hinges, and the shelves rest on welded brackets. Unlike some other reviewers, my rack arrived in perfect condition. One note for buyers: you may need a second person to help lift the package. The box had a "team lift" sticker on it, and it really is pretty heavy. Once opened, and having separated the shelves from the frame, I was able to set it up by myself. I bought the matching folding screen at the same time, and I was very pleased with that as well. The color is not exactly what I was expecting from the "bronze" description. It's more of a coppery brown with black, but I like the way it looks.
