[UPDATE #1] I've made a video review of this for those of you who are more visually oriented. Enjoy! It complements my written review. You should read the review AND watch the video to get the most out of it. **A few times I said "rind," when what I meant was "pulp."

[UPDATE #2] The hex sockets that connect the handle to the machine core is ridiculously poor quality. It started coming loose (no big deal), so I got two hex tools (one on each side) to tighten it. The hex sockets' threads started getting destroyed. I don't know how long the machine will last before the handle comes off. I've downgraded the star rating from 4 to 2. I love the machine's design & use, but I hate the trash quality of something so essential that holds the machine together. Made in China indeed! STAY AWAY!

The only juicer I've ever used is grinding citrus fruits by hand against one of those cones. The last time I went through two paper grocery bags of oranges, my hand hurt for a while. So, I decided to invest in a manual juicer. I wanted to avoid the electric ones because I don't trust the electric parts to last long. I eventually decided on the Olympus Extra Large Commercial Juice Press, Black.

Maybe Amazon's listed dimensions for this juicer are actually for the box it comes in. When the package arrived, the box said nothing about it being the extra-large size, so I was worried I got ripped off. There was only a small sticker on the bottom saying "extra large". Rather shady. That's why I had to measure the juicer myself. The dimensions matched up with those listed on other sites: 9-1/4" l. x 7-3/8" w. x 31" h. with handle in upright position. That made me feel better.

When using the juicer for the first time, I used various sizes of oranges. I put the juicer on top of a magazine, so the rubber feet didn't get a chance to stick to the counter top. As a result, the juicer tilted towards me when I had to exert greater pressure on the larger oranges. In comparison, when I had the juicer feet stick to the counter top, tilting did not occur. Also, the larger fruits tend to have a concentric rim of unjuiced parts, so I have to reorient the half-fruit a bit and rejuice to get the rest.

Cleaning is pretty easy. There are two removable parts -- the cone and the filter -- that simply require washing with warm soapy water (manual's directions). The rest of the juicer can be wiped down with warm soapy water.

Besides the poor labeling of the juicer's box(a sticker simply saying "extra large"), my other gripe is the mediocre assembly. The materials seem sturdy and good, but the rubber piece [that limits the lever handle from bein pushed all the way] is off center. It just irritates my eye, as I'm a stickler for such things. It still functions perfectly, but I'm not at all impressed with the final assembly. I've uploaded a picture to Amazon for you all to see. However, it is possible to realign it using a hex tool.

In summary, this juicer has made my life easier. I juice a lot because I've got some relatives who plant citrus trees, and I myself have grapefruits (which I haven't tried yet). All the pros (works great, sturdy construction) outweigh the cons (shoddy labeling, poor assembly). I hope it lasts me decades.
