Came packed in a triple box (box in a box in a box). Easy to install and works well. The only drawback is the choice of spray patterns. We found all three to be ineffective. To be sure it wasn't a water pressure problem, we temporarily removed the 2.5 gal/min restricter and had the same result. We ended up replacing the head with a Moen head and found that to have a much more useful pattern. I would recommend for the features and construction with the caveat of the spray pattern which could just be a personal choice.
