OMG -- to the mfg. -- thank-you, thank-you for such a well designed product and for the instructions clearly written by someone with command of the English language. I fell in love with the picture, I admit, but it's the quality I love. Wheels roll so smoothly, arms of the chair, while they have no padding, are finely shaped with a slight spongy feel. The settings allow me, at 5.5", to keep both feet flat on the floor and yet still be able to tilt back. The arms lower enough to fit under my dining-table turned desk which has an annoying 4" apron around the bottom that disallows mostly every chair for use except those without arms. Lastly the chair is even more beautiful in real life. A rare find of quality and beauty which was more than I wanted to spend but oh, so worth it!
