The only problem, attaching the two parts, it was very difficult to get your hands inside the material on the back to attach the screws. I think if the that piece of material was fastened with velcro, it would be easier get together. I did a lot of research on the entire set and was under the impression that the two chairs were included in the price advertised on the page. The product title reads "Powell Basil Antique Brown Dining Side Chair with 2-Piece in 1-Carton" which lead me to believe that I was getting two chairs, however that was not the case. Pay attention to this and make sure that you order the number that you need. The quality was average with some spots that were roughly welded together. There were several scratches on the metal and some hardware was missing, which could be easily bought, but still inconvenient. The items are still pretty cute and the desisn is beautiful, my main complaint rests with the false advertisement.

Duraflame Infrared Rolling Mantel, 20IF100GRA-C202 Review

We've been running this heater for about a month now, and it works very well.
Here's what we love about it:
-It was incredibly easy to set up - just pull it out of the box, plug it in, and go!
-It looks and feels solid and sturdy.
-It heats very well. In less than an hour, it can raise the temp in our large living room from 65 degrees to 70 or higher, even on a very chilly day.
-Sides and top of the heater stay cool to the touch - great for kids and pets, as well as clumsy adults.
-The "flames" are not truly realistic, but they are cheerful and fun.
-The heater includes a remote control that is about the size of a playing card, very clearly labeled and very easy to use. Flames can be turned on, up, or off independent of heat, the thermostat can be adjusted, and the unit has a timer. An easy-to-read LED display on the heater confirms selections, then disappears again after a moment.
-Sturdy wheels make it easy to move from place to place, even on carpet.

Here's what keeps it from being a 5-star unit, in our opinion:
-It is pretty loud, similar to a range hood or bathroom fan running on high speed. I suppose a strong fan is needed to heat 1000 sq ft, but it can be a little distracting and annoying when you are near it.
-The thermostat is usually accurate, but not always. Some chilly mornings, it will turn itself off - like it has reached the set temperature - even when it has not. Cranking it up higher is a quick fix, but means having to come back and turn it down later, because we don't *really* want a 76 degree room! Other times, it keeps running even when the thermostat on the wall says (and we feel) it has warmed past it's shut off point. Again, it can be turned off manually, but this inconsistency makes me nervous about running it when we can't watch it closely.
-All of the heat blows from the small vent in the front of the top 1/4 of the heater - the section above the line of wooden trim on the front. This narrow band of warm, forceful air means the heater is not especially satisfying to stand or sit near when coming in from the cold, or for the pets to lie in front of. I'm sure this is the safest design, but it would be lovely if it gave off some ambiant heat around the unit.

All in all, though, it is a high quality unit that warms the house quickly and efficiently. We enjoy it, and do not regret the purchase at all.

Update: Well Traveled customer support responded well. After a series of emails they are sending a replacement head.

Update 2: With the replacement head installed the unit works fine. Heat output is immediate and up to the task of taking the chill off cold nights and mornings here on the edge of the Sonoran Desert. It is very sturdy. For us, this is a better alternative to the fuss and expense of a higher output propane model.
