We actually bought this on Walmart.com, and it came with a free mattress. Great deal, but when we opened the package, there was a big scratch on the backboard. I called customer service, they were very friendly and said they would ship us a new backboard. When we got the new backboard, it was scratched, too.
When my husband started putting it together, he noticed there was a piece that should have been already glued to another piece, but it wasn't. It seems to us that this crib is poorly constructed, and it was very disappointing that they would send us a replacement part that was equally as damaged.
This review is a first impressions review, but I just wanted to express my disappointment. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for.
