The chair arrived damaged and when the seller was contacted to see if the part could be replaced, they asked for pictures and still never responded. The chair functions well enough but the plactic part that was broken leaves a metal bolt visible and makes it not as easy to operate. Also, the chair has one design flaw, the chair lifter works backwards from all others I've ever seen. You have to push the lever forward to recline the chair which is not easy to do because you have to push it forward a long way to get it to stay in place.

THE GOOD:
Ordered on the 24th and delivered on the 28th
Size (9X12) and color (brown) are as represented in the description.
Rug is thin but will be fine with a pad. Appears to be good quality for a $200 mostly wool rug

THE BAD:
AWFUL SMELL! We live in a 2000 SQ FT split level home. The rug is in the family room on the lowest level. I am 2 levels up and on the other side of the house and I can smell it. It is a horrible chemically smell. I am going to unroll it and hang it in the garage or outside (weather permitting) this weekend and reassess the smell in a couple days.
If it still smells I am going to look into returning it. I have 2 small children and they spend a lot of time on the floor in the family room and I do not want them breathing this. I do not consider myself particularly sensitive and the smell is making my eyes water and my chest hurt. No idea what it is, but it is BAD.

This rug would have gotten a 4 star review if not for the smell, that is how bad it is

These shelves are very sturdy, and look exactly as the picture suggests. There are four individual drawers on the bottom that hold quite a bit.

Me and my fiance bought two and have them bookending a computer desk, as a quick fix for storage we used the shelves for his dvd collection and both of these shelves combined held nearly two hundred dvd's. They are much wider than your standard ladder shelves so they hold more nick nacks. I love them and they fit our house perfectly.

The only downside was the assembly, it took a long time to put them together and at times the instructions didn't make sense.

Package arrived in good condition however a corner of the box was torn open during shipment. Thankfully no damage to contents and no lost parts. All the wood pieces were packaged to avoid being scratched by being individually wrapped. Instructions were clear, simple. Parts fit together as planned. All drilled holes align correctly. The bookcase looks nice assembled and isn't wobbly. And it is not sawdust board thankfully, it is real wood.

The wood seems to be a bit soft. At the very top back side, the bookcase sides will split when the screws are inserted through the back slat, so care must be taken to add some glue, perhaps put clamps on the top sides while inserting the screws, or drilling the holes a tad larger first, or just a tad smaller dia screws for the top.

We are happy with the bookcase, it serves its purpose. For its price though I expected quality and heft to be a notch or two better.

Lastly, I suggest adding some small self stick protective pads on the back side on the slats so that the bookcase can be against the wall and not scratch the wall or the bookcase.
